This experimental IPA was born from the ideas to brew a creamy Piña-Colada-like beer, but without adding real coconut or pineapple and playing around with a hot-fermenting norwegian farmhouse yeast. Brewed with a crazy amount of oats and dry hopped with a huge hop bill of Sabro Cryo and Hallertauer Sorachi Ace Nectar, both known for their tropical coconut aromas, backed up by a touch of Citra in the Whirlpool. Coming in with a wide range of tropical flavours from the high-speed fermenting Kveik yeast itself, this beer is huge on pineapple, coconut and creamy tropical fruits. Finished off with a touch of lactose to thicken it up just a bit.
