Hybrid

Beer draws sugar from the starches in Barley, is fermented and then laagered.
Wine draws sugar from grapes, is fermented and then laagered. So, bringing the two together is not really a new idea. Supposedly, a leftover jug of Beer-Wine-Mead hybrid from King Midas that is over 2,700 years old was found recently. The ladies of the Viennese Imperial Court are said to have enjoyed Beer-Wine Hybrids more than 300 years ago.

Organic Malts: Pale Ale, Munich, CaraRed, Wheat
Organic Hops: Summit, Centennial
Yeast: High Gravity Ale
Regent Grapes Must from our vintner Fuchs-Jacobus
